Grease Sticks

F-26 All Purpose Lubricant for Belts and Discs Prevents “Gummy” surface. Light bodied grease that spreads out thinly - remains “wet” on the belt- and provides lubrication by penetrating the coated abrasive surface. Prevents clogging and leaves the abrasive grit free to cut clean and smooth. Recommended for all belt-polishing operations - on all metals, plastics and glass. Sold in 30 Lb Cases.

 

F-90 Pure tallow base mixture. Serves as a lubricant and at the same time fill and close the belt with a heavy bodied grease film. The object of such a heavy bodied grease film on the belt may be two-fold. Permits a glazing action when applied to a fine grit abrasive belts. When applied to course grit belt operations, the grease film is heavy enough to stay on the belt under severe conditions. Sold in 30Lb Cases

 

F-15 lubricant on set-up polishing wheels to prevent the wheel from loading and packing. F-15 is a tough textured, high melting point yellow grease stick especially recommended for use when polishing a non-ferrous metals. Sold in 30 Lb Cases

Buffing Wheel Bar Compounds

for copper, brass, aluminum, zinc die castings and precious metals. Cuts down and brings out a high luster on non ferrous metals. Its fast cutting and bright coloring action on such metals have created its wide use on all types of zinc die castings, sheet and cast brass, copper-plated work and aluminum castings and stampings

Available very dry, dry, all purpose, medium greasy, greasy, extra greasy. All grades made in standard 2 X 2 X 10 bar size or special sizes. All grades packed 24 bars per carton.

Cloth Buffing Wheels

Medium and heavy duties types available. Medium would be for the average buffing operations on copper, brass, drawn and stamp aluminum, zinc die castings, stainless steel and plastics. Heavy duties cloth is pre-treated for buffing jobs that need a “stiffer” buff with a more aggressive polishing action than untreated buffs can provide. Shank Mounted Cotton Buffs

Use with all drill chucks and flexible shafts. Cotton Buffs are made of 100% Fine Cotton Sheeting, with additional layers of cloth for fuller and thicker face width. Buff Diameter are 2”-4” 50 Ply face width is 1/2”. Other sizes and types available..

Jewelers Rouge Bar Compounds

Originally developed for the Jewelry trade for buffing soft, fine and precious metals to produce a brilliant, high lustrous finish. The extremely fine abrasives and high melting point binders used in these compositions with not scratch or “cut-always” the finest or softest of metals. All grades made in standard 1 1/2” X 1 1/2” x 7” bar size - 24 bars per shipping case.

Non-Ferrous Coloring Bar Compounds

Intended for buffing non-ferrous metals where the work surface is in good condition, free of deep tool or die marks. Good for use in secondary buffing operation using a coloring Compound to produce a mirror-bright finish.
