 Abrasive Cartridge Rolls

Straight cartridge rolls, 1/8” diameter to 1 1/2 diameter are made from premium Aluminum Oxide cloth backed abrasivs, tightly wound for long life in grinding, deburring and polishing operations. Also available with Silicon Carbide or Zirconia/Alumina grain

Tapered Cartridge rolls, full tapered or half taper are made from premium aluminum oxide cloth-backed tightly wound for long life in grinding, deburring and polishing operations. Also available with Silicon Carbide or Zirconia/Alumina grain

Tapered Cone Points, for those hard-to reach deburring needs. Made from premium Aluminum Oxide cloth-backed abrasive, tightly wound for long life. Also available with Silicon Carbide grain.Also available Flap Discs, Slotted Discs & Overlap Discs.

Abrasives Discs

Plain abrasive discs, 1/2 to 36 Diameter. When you apply the glue this could be as an alternative to PSA discs.

 

Paper discs, 10” to 36” diameter, Garnet abrasives on heavy paper backing. Used in woodworking trades.

 

PSA, Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Discs, 1/2” to 30” diameter. Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide, or Zirconia/Alumina materials.

 

Resin Fiber Discs, 4 1/2 to 9 1/8 diameter with or with out quick change adapter.

 

Mechanical Locking Discs, 3/4 to 3 diameter. are available with Roloc (TR or Type III) or Socatt (TS or Type III) adapters and are manufactured with Aluminum Oxide. Silicon Carbide or Zirconia/Alumina abrasive. They are also available in non-woven nylon, surface preparation discs for the removal of rust, blending surface flaws and other operations where the aggressiveness of cloth-backed abrasive is not needed.

Abrasive Pads

Square pads, with or with out quick-change threaded eyelets, 1/4”=12” thick, 1” to 3” square. Made from premium aluminum oxide cloth-backed abrasive, they are ideal for fast cutting and buffing operations. As the corners wear, new abrasive and cloth is exposed and the pad begins to work like a grinding wheel. Use for blending corners, channels and seams. Also available with Silicon Carbide grain.

Cross Pads also available.

Abrasive Stars

Surface conditioning Stars, 1 - 1/2” to 4” diameter. Coarse to very fine non-woven material with scrim back with quick change threaded eyelet. Great for cleaning, polishing and light deburring on either I.D. or O. D. surfaces.
