E4-0 Electric Bench Top Melting Furnace - temperatures to 2150 F., 120 volt, single phase
Electric Melting Furnace - top loading. Designed to handle a #4-0000 crucible - maximum capacity of 2 1/2 lbs. Brass, 3/4 lb. Aluminum. 1/16th DIN Digital control instrument, replaceable heating panels. Rated at 1 1/2 Kw, available in 120 volt, single phase only. Will melt most non-ferrous and precious metals. HTE-88 Bench Model Heat Treat Furnace - 400 to 2200 F., 240 volt, single phase Swing out door style with 10"W x 10"H x 16"D chamber with 6" high by 8" wide opening. Replaceable heating elements. Furnace is controlled by a 1/4 DIN, digital control instrument, housed in a separate enclosure. Furnace is rated at 5 Kw and is available in 240 volt, single phase only. MODEL B-160 WITH No. 4UV SAFETY
Stationary crucible furnace capable of melting grey iron within one hour period; average melting speeds - aluminum, 12 to 14 minutes; yellow brass, 22 to 24 minutes; class 30 grey iron, 55 minutes. Capacity No. 16 crucible. Furnace lining and lid are high alumina air rammed sections backed with refractory insulation. Chamber size 10" diameter x 12" deep; with tangent fired burner and lid exhaust opening. Attainable combustion chamber temperatures to 2400° F; nominal 425,000 BTU, with two valve mixer to use either natural or bottled gas. Complete with No. 175 Turbo Blower, 90 CFM, 8 oz. with 1/2 HP, 3600 RPM, ball bearing, open drip-proof, 56 frame "C" flange motor.
